Signing Agreement of Madinah Gate Hotel
Knowledge Economic City has signed a landmark agreement for the Madinah Gate Hotel, a key component of its flagship transit-oriented development directly connected to the Haramain High-Speed Rail Station.
The agreement marks a significant milestone in the development of Madinah Gate, which integrates mobility, hospitality, retail, and entertainment within a single urban destination.
The hotel will form part of Phase One of Madinah Gate, which offers more than 23,000 square metres of leasable space and the DoubleTree by Hilton Madinah Gate featuring 325 hotel rooms.
The Madinah Gate Hotel agreement represents a cornerstone in our strategy to create a world-class hospitality destination at the heart of Madinah.
